If you’re buying on the website, payment is due in full at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards (including AMEX) and EFT.

I’m paying by invoice. When is it due?
Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue, or before the event date—whichever comes first.
I’m registered – when will I receive my ticket?
Once registered, our team will confirm your attendance. Your QR code will be sent via email approximately one week prior to the event.
What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed?
For paid ticket holders please refer to our Ticket T&Cs for full details.
What happens if Forefront cancels the event?
You’ll receive a full refund, sent directly to your original payment method.
What if I can no longer attend?
Let us know as soon as possible so we can update your registration.
What if the event is postponed?
Your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you can’t make that new date, let us know, and we’ll issue a full refund.
