For nearly a decade, Forefront has acted as an industry event catalyst in the APAC region. We facilitate high-impact B2B experiences where content and curated audiences connect.
We saw a gap between traditional networking and the high-value partnerships senior decision makers actually need to drive growth. Today, we host over 60 summits annually, creating the space where tech-forward brands meet senior leaders to solve 6-to-18-month technical challenges. Can sponsorships be tailored?
Absolutely. While we offer tiered packages, we pride ourselves on bespoke partnerships. Whether your goal is thought leadership, intimate brand building, or pure lead generation, our team works with you to tailor a package directly to your objectives
When should I confirm sponsorship?
Early. We limit partner numbers to maintain quality, and spots are secured on a first-come basis.
What’s the lead time for hosting a bespoke ABM executive event?
While it only takes 4 weeks to deliver an executive lunch and 12 weeks to deliver a bespoke breakfast we manage scheduling carefully to avoid market overlap.
How do sponsors access event logistics including equipment hire as well as bump-in and out details?
You’ll receive access to our event portal approximately 3 months prior, with all operational details.
Will there be catering at the event?
Yes. All catering, including barista coffee, is complimentary.
How do I purchase a ticket?
If you’re purchasing a ticket on the website, payment is due in full at checkout. We accept credit and debit cards (including AMEX).
How do I pay?
If you’re buying on the website, payment is due in full at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards (including AMEX) and EFT.
What if the event is postponed?
Your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you can’t make that new date, let us know, and we’ll issue a full refund.
Are any sessions recorded?
No sessions are recorded. We do capture photography throughout the day, which may be shared across platforms, including, but not limited to LinkedIn.
