Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Please read the following Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket to one of our events.
By completing your ticket purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms, which outline important details regarding cancellations, refunds, transfers, and event access. These conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all attendees and to help Forefront Events deliver high-quality, well-managed events.

1. Ticket Purchases

1.1 All tickets sold are for genuine events hosted by Forefront Events Ptd Ltd
1.2 All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available unless the event is cancelled
1.3 Tickets can be transferred to another person within the same company as the original buyer
1.4 Any ticket transfers must be requested with Forefront Events and completed at least 48 hours before the event start time. Please contact accounts@forefrontevents.co to facilitate the transfer
1.5 Tickets may not be resold, re-marketed, or offered for sale to any third party

2. Payment

2.1 Website ticket payments must be made in full at the time of purchase
2.2 Tickets purchased via invoice must be paid within 7 days or prior to the event date, whichever comes first
2.3 Forefront Events accept the following payment methods:
•  Credit/debit card (including AMEX)
•  Electronic funds transfer (EFT)

3. Ticket Validity

3.1 Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, time and ticket holder.

4. Ticket Holder Responsibility

4.1 The buyer is responsible for ensuring the ticket recipient is aware of the event details
4.2 Ticket holders are responsible for checking the event details before purchasing
4.3 Ticket holders must comply with all event rules and regulations

5. Event Cancellation or Postponement

5.1 In the event of cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original payment method
5.2 In the event of postponement, Forefront Events can transfer all tickets to the new scheduled
event date. If the buyer is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method
5.3 Forefront Events will notify ticket holders of any changes to the event schedule

6. Liability

6.1 Forefront Events are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the event or ticket purchase

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, including the
Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW).

Forefront Events reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
