The past few years we have seen the biggest change in the way thacontact centres operate all around the world. From small scale to large scale, contact centres had to move from an office environment to working from home. Operating a remote workforce from a contact centre perspective is something that used to be quite the unthinkable – it is now the new normal.  

As a result of these changes, many industries have had to rapidly adapt to digital platforms and emerging technologies. They have had to contend with unprecedented volumes of customer enquiries, while also managing workforce cuts and redundancies. The shift to remote work has also created new opportunities for contact centres to engage with customers through digital channels, such as social media and chatbots.
